IN2CARE

Mission

In2Care is a social enterprise which aims to help close the vacancy gap in the adult social care sector by finding unemployed youth (aged 16-35) with the right values for front-line social care. In2Care improves the care for the elderly and eradicate youth unemployment by supporting youth in a neglected industry through its platform. Finding the right employee in the social care sector often requires hours and hours on end of trying to advertise job vacancies, sifting through countless applications and conducting long interviews. Equally, many unemployed young people lack confidence, are unaware of many of these job opportunities or are hindered by the complicated and time-consuming application processes. Social care providers are therefore missing out on candidates with the right values which would allow them to succeed in this sector. In2Care aims to create high-impact marketing campaigns specifically tailored to draw candidates from its target audience and provide them with a centralised application system alongside dedicated application support. The applicants go through a screening process where their psychometrics are analysed by artificial intelligence in order to help select those which are most likely to succeed in a front-line care.
